New Update!!!

Hey Everybody! Just wanted to show everybody what a great time we have been having! These are some of the Nielson Family pictures, still need to get some from Aunt Sarah. :)

We can't get enough of that kid!

Today October 29th 2008, Micah turned 27! Old Man! :) For his birthday I took him to the shooting range where we both shot a gun for the first time. It was alot of fun. Aunt Hopey taught me last night how to use the gun and all the safety rules. Then called me today and reminded me to keep my fingers off that trigger until I'm absolutely ready! I kept messing up last night. :(
After the shooting range we got ready for dinner, where we met our families at Sizzler. We had a blast. Micah got a sexy tractor sprinkler. ;) Also we had some great cake made by Aunt Heather. A fireman and a firetruck. The were great. Also the kids wore their Halloween costumes. Landon is the cutest puppie I've ever seen! Happy Birthday Micah!!! Landon and I love you More!

Cute Picture of Landon! :)

Heather and Randy went on a trip so I spent most of the last week and a half at their house trying to help Mom out with the girls we had a lot of fun. One project we worked on was Maddy's volcano, we also did a report on it she named it Mount Milkshake, located in Macaroni, Zimbooboo. It was a composite volcano.

Landon and I had a visitor from down the road come and visit us. She/he (the dog) just came right in the house and made themselves comfortable. Was a really sweet dog.

Micah and Landon went camping with MY family and they went swimming for the first time. Landon liked it so much as Micah (who was holding Landon) was getting into the water Landon fell asleep, it was raining and everything and Landon just slept. How cute is that!?!

This is at Aunt Heather's birthday party! Landon fell asleep after all the excitement.

New Job!!!

Update continued :)

Nothing like putting six months into two blogs :) Micah and I will be better at this.

Landon and I had a lot of errands to run so Maddy and Jaedyn came along to help me watch Landon. We ended making a day out of it. We went to breakfast, the DATC, Salt Lake and we ended up at Temple Square. After Temple Square we had lunch with Micah. It was a ton of fun.

Here are some family pictures from the Young side. We have done these the past three years and we always have a blast, it's fun to get the whole family together and see how much everybody changes from year to year.

Just some extra pics of Landon, he likes licorice, the property and his puppies. And he's a pretty good sleeper, for the most part, he has had a few bad nights.

Major update on the Nielson Family :)

Hey everybody, I've been checking out everybody's blogs and I love them all. I finally have some time to do this so here goes. Landon is five and a half months old and cuter than ever, he can roll over, sit on his own and he eats baby food now. He is always happy, and loves to watch his cousins. Micah and I can't get enough of him.

Micah is as busy as ever, working full time and the bank and now working part time as a fire fighter/EMT-I. Plus he comes home and tries to do his chores. :) He loves his new job. Also he is a very proud daddy.

Micah and I just bought some property in Fruitland, 15 acres of fun. That is for our whole family to enjoy. This property will be passed down from generation to generation. With the sole purpose being a place to relax, enjoy and to make as many treaserable memories as possible with family and friends. Eventually one day we will also have a cabin on the property, but for now its all about the great outdoors.

So far we've been able to have a picnic with mom and dad. And we went up for a day with Heather and Randy and the girls, 4-wheelin and a picnic. Micah, Landon and I all stayed up for the night it was nice. Can't wait to the get the rest of ya up there.

For me I'm in school taking a couple of classes, teaching for Weber State. I just got a job teaching for the DATC. I'm still working as an EMT for Lagoon and I have an application in for Southwest Ambulance, so we'll see. I love working for all of them. School is a little tough right now but no pain no glory, right?!?

So far Landon has been able to meet his Uncle Mike and Aunt Ashley, they came all the way from Delaware to see him. He loved them. Micah blessed him May 4th.

He has a new cousin Eli. He has grown a ton. His first Fouth of July

Loves to be at family parties... and play with his dad. Also he was there for his

dad's graduation from fire school.

Landon has been a great blessing into our lives, he brings so many smiles!! We love seeing him grow.

Well the camera I've been pulling the pictures off of just died so I guess I'm done for now. I'll get some more pics tonight at Aunt Heather's and charge the battery, so we can show you more of how Landon has grown.

Talk about Slackers!!! :)

Well Landon is 2 months old, and cuter than ever! He really is a great kid, still only wakes up about 1-2 times a night and is more smiley! Also Landon has a new cousin Eli, it's looking like their going to be the best of friends, how exciting!

Micah just graduated from the fire academy, so now we're working on getting him on at a station, which for now is what he really wants to do. So I'm very proud of him.

As for me, I'm just finishing a chemistry class and now starting math and english. Also starting and returning to an old job, Lagoon. Except instead of running the beach I'll be working as an EMT, but I'll still be helping the beach.

Well I guess that's it for now, we're going up to Grandma's and A. Pamie's house for dinner! :)

Landon is here!!!!!

Holly and I now have a beutiful baby boy. Landon was born 3-20-08 at 9:46am. He weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. We are excited that he is finally here. :) He is good, he sleeps really good throughout the night. He only wakes up every 4 hours to eat and every 3-4 during the day. He has long fingers and toes and is pretty strong too. Here are some pictures:

A few updates

I passed all my state exams for firefighter. I am now a Firefighter II and I have my HazMat Ops too. The tests were hard. I am glad that they are over with though. We are currently trying to get our house in order for the baby. We are moving out bedroom downstairs and moving hope and joe upstairs. It is quite the task because we are cleaning everything. Carpets, walls, etc. Maybe a little bit of painting. We sold our little red car and bought a 95 GMC Yukon. I love it. We are trying to sell the tacoma so we can get holly something. Hopefully that will happen soon. Well as of right now that is pretty much it.
Holly is doing pretty good with the pregnancy. Landon likes to kick her in the ribs ALOT! Sometimes it hurts :(. She is going to school up at weber. She is taking chemistry online. Its hard. She no longer works at lagoon.
I now work at the Layton branch as the assisstant manager.

Our Babies

Well, Holly and I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that the due date for our little peanut is March 29, 2008 :). How exciting. Here is a picture of the ultra sound. So far it is only 2.03 cm.

Also I forgot to put this up about 2 months ago. We have 2- 4 month old Black Lab/Heeler mix puppies. Here is a Picture of them:

The one on the left is Kayla and the one on the right is Shelby. I will begin training Shelby on August 28th for Search and Rescue with Weber County Sheriff's department. Kayla will be a great house dog. Both are very loving and obedient. Kayla is the snuggle bug of the two.

It's about time!

I've been trying to get Micah to update this for about 5 months, now I'm doing it and have no idea what I'm doing, so here goes.

Micah and I both passed our state exams, so now we are both certified EMT-Intermediates.

Hope and Joe are still with us.

Micah started Fire School last Monday, and they are kicking his butt. Monday and Wednesday nights from 6-10 p.m. and Saturdays 9-5 p.m. Last Saturday they made them get there at 7 a.m. By the end of the night he was falling asleep at Lagoon, helping me. But he seems to be enjoying it so far, I only say that because it's all he talks about when he gets home. :) Good thing though that way I can prepare myself for what is to come.

Our most exciting news though would have to be that we're going to have a baby. Micah is going to be a daddy and he is completely ecstatic, Me?... I'm way nervous and sick, but for the most part excited. When we told everybody they kept telling us to stop lying, it was kind of hard to convince them we were telling the truth, but that has to be the best part so far, is their faces. We're not sure when the big day will be yet, but our first appointment is August 22nd.
